Welcome to LOVA which stands for ”Life of Vitality and Agility”. I am a Pilates and Barre Instructor teaching in Southeast Michigan. My main goal is to provide a unique Pilates experience. However, I’m not only here to provide expert Pilates instruction, but also to support your lifestyle of mind and body fitness. Pilates is a way of life, and so is taking care of yourself “inside – out”. My LOVA philosophy is that the body is yours to take care of and one way to do that is through movement. Such movement is executed through concentration of the mind. Another way is by what you put in your body and on your skin.
I am building LOVA on the foundation that fitness is fun and full of energy, but also pioneering a wellness movement with healthy nutrition and taking care of yourself “inside-out”. I am excited to publish a blog to share my knowledge and experience as well as staying connected with my fabulous clients and making new friends along the way.
