Class Descriptions 

PureMat – Work out to the flow of classical mat work, the crown jewel of Joseph Pilates work. The use of small props may be added to further challenge your powerhouse Weather permitting, class will be outside on the patio

ReforMat – Enjoy a split class with half your workout on the Reformer and the other half PureMat.

Pilates HIIT - Pilates HIIT – Mat Pilates with an integrated HIIT series.

Pilates Circuit – Group class that works you head to toe. Workout includes exercises on all the Pilates apparatuses - Reformer, Tower, Wunda Chair and mat work. (apparatus  experience required)

Jump!  – Got Cardio? You will in this workout. Half your workout will be Jump! on the Reformer for resistance cardio. The other half is a HITT! This class will leave your heart pumping for more.                   

                                                                *Group Pilates will be one of the above class formats

 

Barre – Serves up toning exercises for the entire body. Sculpt your arms, abs, legs and derrière with relevés, pliés and a whole lot of attitude.

Private & Duets Equipment Sessions

Privates are available at The LOVA Studio on studio grade apparatuses. The LOVA Studio is equipped with two Reformers, one with a Tower combo and a Wunda Chair.  Find a workout partner and make it a Duet. Privates & Duets

LOVA is bringing Pilates mat and equipment simulated workouts to you.  Enjoy the convenience and privacy of working out in your own home. This is a great option for stay at home mom.  Do you experience a mid-day slump while at work? Re-energize with a workout at the office. Make it a duo or group by sharing the time for a fun and challenging workout!

I am equipped with all the props needed for your workout.  All we need is a workout space.  If you are interested in purchasing Pilates equipment, I am educated with the diverse Pilates apparatuses available and can provide a recommendation(s).

Classes

Have a group of friends who want to workout together?  I can also accommodate small groups. This helps provide hands on experience allowing you to perfect your form. Engage your powerhouse like never before using props such as magic circles, balls and light hand weights to create an awesome workout or just stretch with Elongating Fundamentals. LOVA can provide the following class formats that are something your body won’t want to miss!

 
Descriptions

PureMat* – Work out to the flow of classical mat work. The crown jewel of Joseph Pilates work. The use of balls, light weights and magic circles may be added to further challenge your powerhouse.

Elongating Fundamentals* (maximum 6 participants) – This class incorporates the principals of Pilates during a stretching session. The size of the class is perfect for hands on with the instructor. Yoga straps and foam rollers are used enhance the stretch.

ReforMat* – LOVA takes the classical Reformer work to the floor.

Barre* – Pilates unites with Ballet – This workout serves up toning exercises for the entire body. Sculpt your arms, abs, legs and derrière with relevés, pliés and a whole lot of attitude. No tutus or dance experience required.

F.I.T. Pilates Focused Infusion Training* – This class will take you through the latest workout trends while applying the principals of Pilates.
